My Mission
At Living Softly, I guide individuals toward a more compassionate, aligned life-rooted in morality, presence, vitality, authenticity, & love. Through my passion for the vegan lifestyle & holistic self-care, I help others reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, & live with greater ease & peace-while embracing a way of living that aligns their actions with their values.
I believe in the power of softening-toward ourselves, animals, & the world we live in. When we apply a loving, conscious lens to our daily choices, we create powerful, lasting change.

In our coaching sessions, we’ll take a gentle, personalized approach to your health & wellness. Together, we’ll explore your goals, motivations, & challenges-crafting plans that honor your body, mind, spirit, & lifestyle.
You’ll receive mindful exercises, supportive tools, support in challenge navigation, an empathetic space to grow in grace, check-ins, new ideas, & compassionate guidance tailored to your needs so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, & self-compassion.
Each session is client-centered, while I provide a grounding, supportive structure that keeps us aligned with your evolving intentions.

I’ve always felt a deep connection to animals & the quiet wisdom of nature. Growing up surrounded by chickens, goats, & other animals, I found joy in their unique personalities. But I was unaware that eating animals & using their products meant taking their lives-their bodies, their babies, their freedom-needlessly simply for our convenience.
I still remember the day I cried over dinner as a child, told to eat the baby lambs I had once cuddled & helped raise-slaughtered for a momentary meal. I had been taught that animals existed for our use. For years, I lived with the quiet, constant ache of that disconnection.
This inherited mindset left me feeling lost, anxious, & emotionally torn. As a sensitive soul, I carried the dissonance of "loving" animals while voting for their suffering with every dollar I spent on animal products. When I finally learned the truth about how animal products got to my plate, I went vegan-& it was the closest thing to enlightenment I’ve ever experienced. Within the animals' eyes, I saw a flicker of familiarity. A soul not unlike my own- a feeling I will never forget.
The second most transformative shift in my life was discovering mindfulness. For years, due to childhood trauma, I pushed through chronic stress & anxiety, ignoring the signals my body was sending me. Eventually, the whispers turned into screams: a tight chest, obsessive thoughts, inferiority complex, energy crashes. Dissociation no longer worked. I had to stop running & face myself.
When I finally turned inward-with presence, self-care, & compassion-things started to change. I sat with the fear, the fog, & the discomfort, & slowly, my inner garden began to bloom. Combined with the peace of living in alignment through veganism, I began to feel whole for the first time.
My journey has been painful, messy, & chaotic but I wouldn’t change it. My broken road led me here & yours brought you here, too. How lovely that is!
I’m here to sit with you in your struggles & help you find softness within life’s hardness- just as I’ve learned to do with mine.
This is my why-a life rooted in conscious, compassionate choices, invested in causing the least amount of harm possible to myself & those around me.
